Biscuits and Gravy

Biscuits and Gravy

Our new friend, Catherine (on the right of this picture) is originally from England and until this morning had no concept for biscuits and gravy. Eloise and I met Catherine and Rebekah at Bohemia Bagel and were happy to be a part of this new experience for Catherine. Although the biscuits and gravy at this restaurant are not like the ones at Cracker Barrel they gave her a pretty good idea of what they are.

On a personal note, Catherine is the manager at Sir Toby’s Hostel here in Prague. I found out today that she spent three years traveling around Europe in order to meet her goal: 25 European countries before she turned 25! Her favorite? Albania.

Rebekah (seen on the left) is originally from the USA and the state of Georgia. She graduated from Lee and when visiting Prague she met Petr, who is now her husband! They are expecting their first child in six months.

We have the incredible opportunity and blessing to meet people with all kinds of backgrounds and stories. It is amazing how God brings it all together!
