. . . posts on faith and life

I love being outside. For much of my childhood I spent anywhere from 2-6 hours a day on the tennis courts. Sun, heat, and sweat in the context of play make me very happy. My girls like to be outside, too. However, from the moment these two get out of bed they are working hard putting their toys to use indoors…so much so that I have a difficult time convincing them that they will have just as much fun outside. They have a lot of energy! Here you see them enjoying one of their recent games…go-carts. They prefer to both be in separate “carts” and for Mommy and Daddy to do the work of pushing them. But if we throw in the towel they have just as much fun pushing each other.
